Where Does My Cleaned Mail Go?

Once email has been stored in your quarantine area, you have the option of visiting our easy-to-use Message Center to review, deliver, or delete it. If you prefer not review these messages, they will be automatically removed after 14 days.

Can I Control How Aggressively It Cleans?

Yes! From within the Message Center, you have the option of also adjusting your Junk Email sensitivity in each category and specifying specific addresses/domains for which the system should always (or never) deliver messages to you. This will ensure that you control how your mail is cleaned!
